Tottenham Hotspur are keen on acquiring the services of Santiago Gimenez.
The North London club are looking to reinforce their attack ahead of next season. They want to bring in a new striker and have their eyes set on Santiago Gimenez.
The 22-year-old has been outstanding for Feyenoord and his impressive performances have put him on the radar of Tottenham.
According to Rudy Galetti, Gimenez is a ‘priority’ target for Tottenham heading into the summer. Contacts with the Dutch club have been ‘going on for weeks’ as the North London club looks to sign him in the upcoming transfer window.
Spurs parted ways with Harry Kane last summer. Despite the departure of their record goalscorer, they decided against signing a replacement. Ange Postecoglou used his wide players as centre-forwards and they have managed to cope with the England international’s absence.
But, the club are now looking to bring in a new striker as they look to add more firepower to their attack and help Postecoglou’s side compete at the highest level. They want someone who can help replace Kane in the long run and Tottenham feel Gimenez is an ideal fit for them.

The 22-year-old striker who arrived at Feyenoord in the summer of 2022 has been in sensational form in the recent past. In the ongoing season, he has scored 24 goals and has six assists in his 38 outings.
His performances have put him on the radar of quite a few top clubs but he seems to be a priority target for Spurs. They have been in talks with the Dutch club for weeks as they look to strike a deal for his services. It will be interesting to see if they can get a deal done.
