Tottenham have already found their Kane replacement and he will cost £51.3 million

Tottenham Hotspur could lose a key star during the summer transfer window and they are already lining up alternatives for him.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has been linked with a move away from the club this summer and clubs like Bayern Munich are reportedly keen on signing him.

The German outfit have already failed with an initial offer for the 29-year-old England international and it will be interesting to see if they can agree on a deal with sports in the coming weeks.

The 29-year-old striker is in the final year of his contract and he is keen on joining a bigger club this summer. He wants to join a team capable of winning major trophies.

Harry Kane is yet to win a single trophy in his club career and he will feel that this is the right time for him to move on and utilise his peak years by competing at the highest level.

Tottenham will lose him on a free transfer next year and it makes sense for them to cash in on the striker this summer.

According to a report from L’Equipe via SportWitness, Spurs have reportedly identified the Canadian international striker Jonathan David as a potential replacement.

The Canadian was in outstanding form in Ligue 1 last season, scoring 26 goals across all competitions for Lille.

He could be available for a fee of around €60 million (£51.5m) and Tottenham should have funds to sign him, especially if they sanction the departure of Harry Kane.
