Tottenham Hotspur are very keen on signing Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth, and they are willing to pay £65 million for him.

According to a report from Fichajes, they are going all out to sign the Ghanaian international, and they would be willing to put a substantial offer of £65 million on the table. The report further claims that those at the London club are confident of getting the deal done.

They are in desperate need of a versatile attacker like Semenyo, and he could prove to be an excellent addition. He has been labelled as a “top talent” by Premier League legend Michael Owen.

Spurs need Semenyo

The 25-year-old is versatile enough to operate anywhere across the front three, and he scored 13 goals last season. He picked up seven assists along the way as well. He will help create opportunities for his teammates and find the back of the net consistently.

Tottenham have looked toothless in the attack at times last season, and they need more cutting edge in the final third. Timo Werner has left the club, and the likes of Richarlison and Mathys Tel were underwhelming last season. Dominic Solanke needs more support in the attack, and signing the Bournemouth star would be ideal.

The 25-year-old is well settled in the Premier League, and he could make an instant impact at the London club. They will be able to offer him Champions League football, and Tottenham could be an attractive destination for him.

Tottenham will be hoping to do well in the domestic competition next season and finish in the top four. They finished closer to the relegation zone last season. They need quality players to bounce back strongly.

Semenyo has shown his ability with the Cherries, and he could get even better when he is playing alongside quality players at Tottenham.
