Let the wild speculation and travel planning begin as the Tottenham 2025/26 fixtures are now released! The anticipation factor for Spurs in particular has been sizeable thanks to the appointment of our new gaffer, Thomas Frank.

One aspect of interest will be how Frank gets on in the league, and in particular, how he compares with his predecessor, Ange Postecoglou. The Europa League trophy was hugely appreciated, but our domestic season was somewhat of a car crash, with far too many games being unwatchable, and the results were appalling.
Twenty-two Premier League games were lost, and this was a club record. What was worse is that we also broke a Premier League record, as up still last term, a side that lost so many games was always relegated.
Looking at the list as it stands this morning (do bear in mind that a few games will be shifted to accommodate broadcasters), some months look better than others.
Examining the draw

Aston Villa at home will be a lively affair as the Villans tend to get on the party bus from breakfast time onwards. The matchday atmosphere is always lively at that one.
Chelsea at home at the beginning of February will be one to watch as we will get an early indication of who’s going to be heading to the top of the table. London derbies are always lively affairs.
Arsenal away is one for the diary, with Spurs heading to the Emirates to take on arch rivals Arsenal.
December is a great time of the year to go and watch Tottenham, and we play Thomas Frank’s old side, Brentford, twice, which will be an interesting point in assessing whether he made the right move, or not!
January and February are tough months, but looking at March, April, and May, there are plenty of reasons to feel optimistic, with very few clashes on the list that truly strike fear into our hearts.
