At the tender age of 18, the midfielder had already made 50 appearances for his boyhood club, scoring nine goals, but the EFL visit of the Red Devils was the first time he had been in the spotlight outside of League One.
And Dele was clearly keen to make an impression, doing so at the expense of one-time United prodigy Nick Powell with this up-ending flying tackle.
