Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing the West Ham United attacker Mohammed Kudus at the end of the season.

The 24-year-old has established himself as one of the best attackers in the Premier League, and it is no surprise that Spurs are keen on him. They could use more quality and depth in the attacking unit, and the Ghana International would be the ideal acquisition.

An Insider confirmed to Claret & Hugh: “Bowen seems dedicated to West Ham, but if he sees Paqueta and Kudus leave without anyone decent coming in, maybe he’d be tempted?

“West Ham might struggle again next season—and a lot of players could want out.”

“I think Spurs are interested and will make changes in the summer.”

Mohammed Kudus would be a solid addition

He is capable of operating anywhere across the front three, and he will add goals and creativity to the side. Kudus is a proven performer in the Premier League, and he could make an instant impact at Tottenham if he joins the club.

They need more quality in the final third, and the 24-year-old will help them create goal-scoring opportunities and find the back of the net as well.

The Ghana international will want to compete at a higher level, and a move to Tottenham could be interesting for him. Even though they have struggled this season, they have a talented squad, and they could be fighting for Champions League qualification and domestic trophies soon.

Signing a proven Premier League attacker would be a wise decision from the London club. However, the asking price could complicate matters. According to reports, the player has an £85 million release clause applicable for Premier League clubs. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham are ready to break the bank for him.

European clubs are keen on the player as well, and they would have to pay £80 million in order to get the deal done. On the other hand, Saudi clubs would need to fork out around £120 million.
