Report: Spurs plotting late move for versatile attacker with 17 goals as part of stunning double swoop

By Mehdi Gokal -

Tottenham Hotspur are having a pretty decent the January transfer window, having secured notable signings like Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin.

And they are reportedly not done yet, with a potential double swoop on Club Brugge’s Antonio Nusa and Andreas Skov Olsen in the works.

It is being claimed that the North London side is eager to sign Club Brugge duo Antonio Nusa and Andreas Skov Olsen, having even initiated formal contact with the Belgian club for the former.

Recent reports have claimed that the talks have been in advanced stage and a deal is close to completion, with the player already agreeing personal terms with the club.

And now a source with close ties to the Scandinavian market has informed Tottenham News about the English club’s interest in his teammate Skov Olsen.

Olsen, 24, is currently under contract with Club Brugge until June 2026, holding a market value of €18 million.

He has been in outstanding form this season, tallying eight goals and three assists in 20 Jupiler Pro League appearances. Across all competitions, Olsen boasts a total of 17 goals and six assists in 33 games.

The Danish international excels not only in direct goal contributions but also in underlying metrics, ranking high in progressive carries, non-penalty goals (npxG), and carries into the penalty area in the Belgian top-flight. (Fbref)

Similar to Nusa, Olsen has garnered praise from pundits, with both players playing pivotal roles for Brugge.

Ange Postecoglou would be eager to have a promising duo at his disposal, adding depth to the wide forward positions, despite the existing quality in the team.
