Report: Journalist believes Fabio Paratici could advice Tottenham to appoint serial winner manager

By Mehdi Gokal -

Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has delivered an impressive debut season in the English Premier League, guiding the team to a fifth-place finish and securing a Europa League spot.

Despite missing out on Champions League qualification by just two points, Spurs are optimistic about building on this success in the next campaign.

However, Postecoglou’s outstanding performance has caught the eye of several top Premier League clubs, who see him as a potential managerial candidate.

This has sparked concerns within the club’s hierarchy about finding a suitable replacement should the Australian head coach decide to leave.

Italian journalist Massimo Brambati has floated former Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri as a possible successor.

Speaking to the Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb, Brambati disclosed that Allegri is keen to work in England.

Daniel Levy, Tottenham’s chairman, maintains a strong connection with former managing director Fabio Paratici, who continues to advise the club despite his ban.

The journalist believes that Paratici could potentially recommend Allegri for the job.

There is growing concern within the North London club that Postecoglou might be lured away by offers from other top clubs in the future.

Speculation about Postecoglou’s future has brought Allegri into the conversation as a serious contender.

The Italian manager’s impressive track record, which includes six Serie A titles and multiple domestic cups, makes him an attractive option for Spurs.

Allegri, now free after parting ways with Juventus last month, presents a strategic choice for Daniel Levy if a managerial change becomes necessary.

Him being a serial winner would certainly be a tempting factor for Tottenham, if they decide to part ways with the Postecoglou in the future.
