Tottenham have held talks with the Genoa defender Radu Dragusin’s representative Florin Manea over a potential deal.
This has been confirmed the agent himself who told Romanian outlet Pro Sport that there have been discussions with the Premier League club for the defender.
He admitted that while the club have not made an official move for him yet, there is clear interest from the North London club.
He told ProSport:
“With Tottenham it was just a discussion about Radu. There is an interest from them, we will see what will happen in the next period.”
Meanwhile, another report from Italian outlet Il Secolo XIX claims that the interest from Spurs is ‘increasingly strong’ and that the North London club would be ‘ready to offer’ over €30m for his services in January.
Dragusin has established himself as one of the highly rated defenders in the Italian League during his 59 appearances for them.
He is still quite young and has all the potential and attributes to turn into a world class defender.
