Tottenham star Brennan Johnson has been forced off in yet another injury blow.
He got a nasty whack on the back of the head while challenging for the ball in the Spurs penalty box.
He stayed down for a long while and received medical attention for what appeared to be a concussion.
He could be seen bleeding heavily with a cut on his forehead as he slowly walked off the pitch.

Ange will be hoping it is not very serious as Spurs enter a busy run of fixtures.
They have Ivan Perisic and Manor Solomon out already and can not afford to lose Johnson as well.
Son is expected to miss 6 games in January due to the Asian Cup games.
A new attacker is a must for Spurs in the upcoming transfer window.
