My Plausible Spurs XI To Face Newcastle|Image

By The Boy -

Despite a frenzy of disinformation on social media from people ‘hearing’ things, it looks as if Heung Son-Min is likely to be available for today’s big match.

Spurs had their presser yesterday and I have to say, Nuno is one of the most inspiring coaches I think I’ve ever witnessed when it comes to talking to the press, hunched with an air of a man with no pep about him, even the body language is poor. Even the club’s press guy speaks to him as if he were a nervous little old lady.

St. James’ park will be buzzing – will Tottenham?

I have to agree with you. I gave up listening to Nuno’s Press Conferences as he never reveals anything, never talks about other players, never criticises anyone….but always talks about ‘working hard’.

I am reminded of the time on a Quiz Show years ago in the 90s when Lee Glover asked Steve Davis who was a guest:
“Hey Steve, do you still practice as much as you used to…”
“Oh Yes”, says Steve “I still practice 6-8 hours a day”
“Oh….” said Lee “….And yet you are still crap….maybe you should practice less hard….take more days off and you might see improvement”

btw I am a fan of Le Celso….so far he has just not been fit for any length of time to get regular form going.

Nuno looks like Moura’s dad except he hasn’t got his va-va-vroom.
