“Murmurings of a gag reflex” This Fan Was Left Horribly Unimpressed With Ryan Mason Today

By The Boy -
Thanks again to our very own legoverlass provided this reaction to the club’s latest presser!

According to Ryan Mason during his pre- Wolves presser, the reason why Joe Rodon has not been selected is that he has “slipped down the pecking order”.

Exactly what pecking order exists at THFC as far as CB’s are concerned is a subject for conjecture and I would suggest a wry smile of derision from the supporters.

In the virtual reality world that Mason now appears to occupy Eric Dier that titan at the heart of the Spurs defense against Leeds last week is apparently a preferred choice.

One can only assume that Mason has had some form of an episode of temporary amnesia or match blindness that has erased the fact that Dier had a hand in every one of the three goals conceded to Leeds along with many others throughout the season that when added up may well amount to the difference between European or no European football next season.

Just to add some relish to the sauce of his commentary in the presser he added that Daniel Levy and the Board have achieved so much for the club over the past twenty years. At that point, feeling the murmurings of a gag reflex, I left by the nearest exit.

Most probably already know how $h!t he is. All the players we offload will never play for bigger clubs.

Max% the cliques MUST be removed from the club. Them 3 you mentioned carry a lot of weight and have the ability to disrupt. They GI around like they own the place (especially dier) I’ve said it already all the players that played in the final must all be moved on (not Kane&son) plus a few more. The overstayers.

Leave her alone (stadium) she’s new and hasn’t had the chance yet to do her thing. Levy gonna work her like a crack whore in a crack house, she won’t mind though coz she loves it. Dirty b!tch🌚

Playing his mates yes. Winks over ndom made me lose a bit of respect for him. He’s just an inexperienced boy filling in for now though so I’ll let him off.

With some respect what do you expect him to say? Negative stuff about his employers?

As far as Perry Mason is concerned, less is more. I am starting to wonder if he is Donna Cullen in disguise as he is spouting so much PR drivel.
For the life of me, I cannot understand why Levy doesn’t cut the pretence and appoint himself as the manager. After all, he appears to be picking the team and has been head of our transfer policy for the last twenty years.

This clique has to be broken up and removed from the club, I think Levy believes in these players, namely Dier, Winks and Dele and wants them in the team, and if this is the kind of situation a new manager finds himself having to follow when he arrives, then he is not the right man for the job.
The new man has to take control of the playing squad with no interference from outside, that will be the main issue to be addressed before he can sit down with Kane and persuade him to stay.

Just read the caption in the bubble as im on my laptop now.
Good stuff did make me laugh so cheers for that.
On the bigger picture of what is going on at our club ,well we all know and its depressing.

I don’t believe Dier is in the team to be in the shop window. If that was true his value would be plummeting by the day.

I think he has taken the old “don’t criticise your players in public” mantra a bit too far.

The king’s ransom is the key issue and that is not down to Rose. It is vintage Levy.

Mason is a pawn in the game. He’s being used by Levy to garner sympathy and diffuse the fan’s dissatisfaction with our recent trajectory. I don’t blame Mason, the guy needs a job and job security in the future, who knows what he privately thinks about everything.

I don’t think Rodon is playing because Dier and Sanchez are more senior squad members. Perhaps Levy has told him to keep simple in that respect. I reckon Levy is picking the team to an extent… what a mess.

As we saw with Poch, Levy has a way of sucking the integrity out of everyone in management. Can’t see it as a glorious addition to Masons resume…….May – June 2021, kissed the ring of a vile human being at the expense of competition.

Dele and Winks to Mason “Come on mate, give me a few games and that mug Southgate will probably take us to the Euros.” On patriotism alone, Mason should lock those two in the changing room before each game.

The season was finished before he took over. He is putting players in the window to sell, saying nice things about his boss, and basically doing his job. To expect him to get us up the table at this point of the season is expecting more than his employers. Who wouldn’t smile at the cameras and take the money? Is he some amazing manager we found by mistake? No, he is at the very start of his career and doing his best while keeping everyone happy, especially the guy who signs the cheques.

After his last display it’s completely indefensible

Pathetic attempted justification for playing his mate Dier.

All seems to be unraveling at light speed. Linked to players without a manager, playing a team selected either by Ryan Mason in the throes of mental illness or by Levy and our two best players looking miserable and disinterested. We have regressed further than anyone could have expected this season. Wonder what bonuses Danny Boy is lining up for himself……

“Levy is picking the team”, is the most sick ridiculous statement………………………………….which is actually now believable….

Been saying this since Mason put alli and winks in the team he is a levy puppy. Levy is picking the team to try and get stock up in the last few games. We all know rodon and Toby are the best partnership to play but massy he has bills to pay so he does what the baldy one says.

Yeah that and the Indian varient followed by the Argentinean etc etc so the toilet bowl / shopping centre doesn’t make a bean just cost us.

He was given an easy ride, the press know he’s a stop gap which Golds question I think underlined the whole feeling of the thing. It’s like getting the cheese board and just getting Gouda and plastic cheese.
the Rodon thing worries more as Ryan has some much todo with player development and this is what happens.
Well this short ride stops in 10 days

Simply put, he’s ensuring he has a job when the next patsy comes in.

As for Dier nd Co. He’s playing his mates pure and simple. Because if there was a pecking order neither Dier, Dele or Winks would be on it.

So young Ryan has dropped the player Levy bought in as our defence needed reinforcement and was too tight to get Jose’s first, 2nd or third choice…..this is what the new stadium buys us Tappa….ohh the irony….

As opposed to our titans in defence who are unable to defend the defendable.

Company man Ryan is just ensuring he’s got a job, any job, next season. Quite sad really but it’s a fact of life – don’t bite the hand that feeds you. Not sure it makes me sick or not as off the field, he’s right. However, deep down he must cringe at some of the things he feels he needs to say. On another note, any word on where Danny ‘I’m going to see Daniel’ Rose will be plying his trade next season? Haven’t seen anything about the queue of clubs battling for his signature. Maybe someone who hasn’t played for a year, was going downhill anyway, claimed to have ‘issues’, allegedly leaks stories to the press & will demand a kings ransom, might not have too many suitors.

He said our defence has played well in recent games. The man is truly demented. Defending the indefensible.

Hes a Levy/ENIC PR man. Nothing more. Any sympathy is quickly dwindling, along with ex player fondness. This is as disgusting as it is embarrassing. He may get the job at this rate. That will complete the cluster f@$#.
