Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has been spotted on crutches after sustaining an injury during Norway’s Nations League victory over Austria.
The injury occurred in the 65th minute, forcing Odegaard off the pitch following what appeared to be a bad ankle roll.
Norway’s medical team confirmed the ankle issue, and Odegaard was later photographed boarding a plane on crutches, raising concerns about his availability for Arsenal’s upcoming matches.

This setback comes as a blow for the Gunners ahead of the North London derby on Sunday at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Odegaard’s potential absence would be a significant loss for Arsenal, as he has been a key player in their midfield.
To complicate matters, Arsenal may also be without other key players. Mikel Merino is still recovering from a shoulder injury, and Declan Rice is suspended following his red card in the recent 1-1 draw against Brighton.
With several other key figures also potentially missing, Arsenal face a challenging task in the derby, while Spurs will look to exploit the Gunners’ depleted lineup.
