Tottenham Hotspur’s remarkable resurgence under manager Ange Postecoglou has garnered praise not only from fans but also from the players themselves.

Swedish attacker Dejan Kulusevski is the latest to commend the Australian manager for the remarkable turnaround at the club.

Postecoglou’s appointment raised some eyebrows initially, as he wasn’t the most high-profile name linked with the job.

However, his impact at Spurs has been nothing short of remarkable. In just a few months, he has lifted the mood at the club and built a strong bond with fans and players.

It was almost as if he was meant to manage to Tottenham.

His personality has become very popular among fans and players both and he has very quickly become a likeable figure in the league.

The players love playing under him with almost every single player performing at the highest level.

And one of them has now revealed what’s it like being managed by the Australian.

Kulusevski emphasised that Postecoglou doesn’t just talk about football; he shares life stories and brings a unique perspective to the role.

The players have clearly responded positively to his management style.

Kulusevski also noted that Postecoglou’s influence was evident even during pre-season.

He said (via Fabrizio Romano):

“Postecoglou, excellent manager. He speaks about life stories, not just football”.

“It was clear already in pre-season, training sessions under Ange are funny and we work a lot with the ball, we press a lot. But also, we learn from him. We’re really enjoying”.

This has contributed to the team’s strong start to the campaign.

The impact on the pitch is visible as well with Spurs top of the league table with a 5 point lead over Manchester City and 2 point lead over Arsenal.
