Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the Fulham manager, Marco Silva, in recent weeks.
The 47-year-old has done an impressive job at Fulham, and it is no surprise that he is on the list for Tottenham. Ange Postecoglou is likely to be shown the door at the end of the season, and Tottenham are looking at multiple options to replace him.
Silva has certainly proven himself in the Premier League over the years, and he would be an impressive acquisition.
Marco Silva demands revealed
Former Tottenham scout Bryan King believes that he could demand wages of around £10 million per season if he joins the London club. Furthermore, he added that Silva would demand a three-year contract as well.
He said to Tottenham News: “I think Silva would want a three-year deal to manage Tottenham.
“You can start thinking of the figures, probably £10million a year. If I were the manager at Fulham, and Spurs came looking, I would just have to see what has gone on before me to see the managers who haven’t been given a chance.
“Therefore, Silva will want at least a three-year deal, and he will want to be well-paid, £10m a year would be a starting figure. I would think he would accept the job under those terms, and I would think he would want to bring his staff with him as well.”
Tottenham need a quality manager

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham can secure his services in the coming weeks. They need to get their managerial appointment right this time around. They have a talented squad, and they will be looking to bounce back strongly next year. A club of their stature should be competing in the UEFA Champions League and fighting for trophies.
Although they are 16th in the league table, they could still secure Champions League qualification for the next season if they win the UEFA Europa League. They have made it to the finals of the tournament, where they will take on Manchester United.
