Fabio Paratici is reportedly setting about to overhaul Tottenham’s scouting, with a focus on video analysists, according to a report from football.london.
The Italian did fine work at Juventus down the years, playing a key role in making the club competitive again with some smart purchases that eventually turned them into the dominant force in Serie A again.
Spurs fans will now be hoping Paratici can work his magic here as well, and it seems that process has started.
Of course, it will take some time before we see that in the club’s performances on the pitch, as it could take a few transfer windows before the right signings are all at the club and gelling on the pitch.
It’s interesting, however, to hear that Paratici is eager to make this a priority and bring Spurs up to the level of other top clubs, as it isn’t too surprising that this might’ve been an area where the team’s recruitment has been a little bit lacking.

I get that Paratici has identified the absolute non existence of a scouting system before,but he will have his work cut out convincing Levy for the need of a prpoer one.
All these new ways of spending THFC money is not music to Levy’s ears.
