Euro giants want 23-year-old Tottenham player plus cash for Conte target

French international midfielder Adrien Rabiot has been linked with a move away from Juventus when the transfer window opens next month.

The 27-year-old had an impressive World Cup campaign with France and he helped his country reach the finals of the tournament. However, he is nearing the end of his contract at the Italian club and Juventus will have to sell him in January if they want to recoup some money for him.

The Italian giants will not want to lose him on a free transfer in June. It will be interesting to see if Rabiot can secure a move to the Premier League in the coming weeks.

According to a report from CalcioMercatoWeb, the 27-year-old is a target for Antonio Conte and Juventus are demanding a cash offer for the player. The Italian outfit are open to a part exchange transfer as well but Tottenham would have to offer Emerson Royal along with some cash.

It appears that the Londoners could offer them a defender along with some cash, but they are ready to let go of Japhet Tanganga instead of Emerson.

The 23-year-old centre-back is unwanted at the Premier League club, and he’s unlikely to get ample game time if he stays.

If Juventus are willing to give him an opportunity to get his career back on track, the move would be ideal for all parties.

As for Rabiot, the Premier League would be an exciting new challenge for the French international, and he could be a key player for Tottenham during the second half of the campaign.
