Chelsea Fan Finds A Spurs Fan In Stamford Bridge

By The Boy -

Watching your team from the away section is a potentially risky business.

Shortly afterwards, the interloper was removed from the Chelsea ground by stewards.

I guess it depends on the mood of the opposing fans. Being an FA Cup semi tensions were higher than a league game I guess. Scousers generally do have a good sense of humour though.

🤣🤣🤣

I remember being in the Kop in 1984 (?) when Garth Crooks scored the only goal to give us victory for first first time at Anfield since the Titanic sank. Boy, did I have to work hard to stay completely unemotional. The banter around me was superb and I spent a good night with a few Liverpudlians in the local boozer bantering back and forth without any animosity and never once worried for my safety. Could I do that now? Not so sure…

The level of insanity displayed by some supporters at football matches is truly horrifying.

I remember back in the 80’s going to a FA Cup Semi I think it was, at Wimbledon’s Plough Lane. The only tickets available were in with the home fans who duly shouted ant-Spurs abuse the whole game and my mate and I had to join in to a certain extent. We won 2-0 I think (Hoddle and Waddle), and also had to boo each goal. There were some heavy looking wombles around us so we thought a bit of acting might be the best plan! But once we got back to the car parked in the nearby Allied Carpet Warehouse for free we let it all out and celebrated, whereupon a bunch of wombles parked nearby told us to F off or get the car redecorated. Those were the days.

I would suggest that whoever that was should go and have a scrap with the opposition’s firm after the match rather than abusing two innocent opposition fans. I would also suggest that the fat c*nt was probably drunk and would have ended up in hospital had he picked on the wrong people.

You get these idiots within football supporters unfortunately, fantasists who seem to think they own the club’s identity with their faux hooliganisms….

Another time I witnessed a middle aged female Spurs fan shout a similar level of abuse at a teenage Spurs fan because he filmed an Arsenal penalty being taken (and saved by Lloris).

Absolutely pathetic. People like that fat bloke should be ashamed of themselves and do no credit to them or Spurs as a whole.

I’m all for banter and a bit of ribbing , but abuse, No!!!

I was at a Spurs-Man City game at Wembley two or three seasons back and there were a couple of City supporters amongst us. One of them must’ve given the game away because a big, fat, yobbish spurs fan began shouting abuse at them, really aggressively. One of the City fans began crying as a result. Me and other spurs fans attempted to calm down the aggressive Spurs fan but the City fans soon left. So ridiculous over a game of football.
