Chelsea are reportedly considering a stunning move to sign Tottenham club legend Harry Kane.
Kane left the North London club last summer to join Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich in pursuit of silverware.
And while Kane has enjoyed an exceptional individual season, Bayern’s overall performance have fallen short of their usual standards, potentially leading to their first trophyless season in years.
With them out of every other competition and their Champions League and Bundesliga hopes hanging in the balance, Chelsea have emerged as a potential destination for Kane, according to reports from Football Insider.
Chelsea are reportedly monitoring Kane’s situation at Bayern, with murmurs suggesting his unhappiness at the club.
The Blues are hopeful of enticing him to Stamford Bridge, with owner Todd Boehly prepared to match the hefty fee of £82 million Bayern paid Tottenham for his services.

It is almost impossible that Harry Kane will jeopardise his status at Tottenham by joining their rivals Chelsea.
Kane is a club legend who played over 400 games for Spurs, scoring 278 goals. He will want to return to the Premier League at some point in the future as he still has eyes on the Alan Shearer Premier League record but it will certainly not be with Chelsea.
