Bayern Munich now ready to submit offer for Spurs target

By Mehdi Gokal -

The transfer race to sign Radu Dragusin is intensifying, with Bayern Munich and AC Milan both joining the race to sign him.

A report today revealed Bayern’s keen interest in the Romanian defender, demonstrating eagerness to swiftly conclude negotiations by meeting Genoa’s €30 million valuation for an immediate transfer.

Meanwhile, Tottenham had a second bid for the player rejected yesterday, with Spurs increasing their offer to €25m plus bonuses.

But the Genoa are holding on to the €30m price tag which Bayern are reportedly prepared to offer.

And as per Sky Sports journalist Rudy Galetti’s latest update, the Bavarian club are ‘ready to put on the table’ an offer close to Genoa’s demand.

To stay competitive, Spurs must move quickly. Italian correspondent Alfredo Pedulla suggested that Tottenham are gearing up to present a fresh bid to Genoa.

Galetti has echoed similar claims, asserting that Spurs are planning to increase their offer with improved add-ons.

He claims that the North London club are confident of finalising the deal for him due to the fact that he has personal terms agreed with them.

TBH Says:

The prolonged negotiations have complicated what initially seemed like a straightforward deal for Tottenham.

And failure to secure Dragusin’s signing might lead to criticism directed at Daniel Levy from disappointed fans.
