Mental illness can cover a multitude of sins, but when a man is found wandering about next to a motorway it’s pretty clear something has gone wrong.

Conditions that effect the mind doesn’t discriminate, being rich or ‘unburdened by wealth’ won’t protect you.

I’d suggest that man’s default settings are invariably set to Angst.

From the moment the baby leaves the womb, it’s screaming and looking for reassurance. No wonder. Who in their right mind would want to come out of there into the bright lights, the cold and realising your food and drink had been cut off.

I’m guessing Azza Blud didn’t need get well soon messages from Frank Bruno and Stan Collymore to realise he was in a bad way when he woke up this morning.

We should only wish him well and just as importantly, we should keep an eye out for each other generally.

You don’t need to scour lay-bys to find people who need a bit of help, you know.

You’d be pleasantly surprised to see how little it takes to give even a total stranger a hand with their default settings.

Unless you’re walking through the Upton Park area of course. Then just keep your coat well done up, your head down and get the fuck away from them.
