Despite interest from other top clubs, Spurs have moved swiftly to secure the talented youngster’s signature.
In 15 appearances in the Belgian Pro League, Nusa has scored three goals and provided two assists in six starts.
The teenager consistently poses a threat to the opposition, ranking at the top in goal-creating actions and the third spot in shot-creating actions per 90 minutes in Belgium’s top flight. [Fbref]
It’s worth noting that Spurs had an opportunity to sign Antonio Nusa for just €3 million in 2021 when he played for Stabaek in Norway, but the chance was missed.
The club look to be determined not to repeat that mistake, although the current deal comes at a higher cost than the missed opportunity in 2021.
