Tottenham Hotspur are among the clubs considering signing Rafael Leao, according to Italian journalist Fabio Cordella (via MilanLive).
According to Cordella (via football-talk), Spurs are among the clubs that have made significant offers to Leao. The North London club is said to have offered the Portuguese forward £8.8 million per year [roughly £170,000 per week] in order to entice him away from Milan.
Chelsea’s interest in signing Leao is also well reported, and the two London clubs may now be in a bidding war for his signature.
The player’s contract with AC Milan expires in 2024, and his renewal is becoming more complicated by the day. Firstly, the Rossoneri lack the means and, more importantly, the desire to meet Leao’s demands. Second, there is the issue of the £16.7 million (€19 million) debt owed by the 23-year-old to Sporting CP, which he wants the club to pay.
The report states that Milan are willing to let him go if a big-money offer comes in. Because Leao did not come up through Milan’s youth system and is not affiliated with the club, he will be sold if a suitable offer comes in next summer.
According to ESPN, Milan will only consider offers in the £105.5 million (€120 million) range for their star player. Rafael Leao appears to be on his way out the door, and there will undoubtedly be a slew of elite European clubs vying for his signature.
Tottenham have joined Chelsea in the race for his signature, and they will compete to bring him to the Premier League. However, it is only a matter of time before other big clubs also enter the race for the attacker. Where he’ll end up is going to be an interesting one to watch.

I don’t want to spoil the narrative and his brother maybe a poor choice as agent but the long term contract that he signed with Spurs was negotiated by Unique Sports Management who were his previous agent.
I repeat lol. Like Conte.
Even then it’s not guaranteed.Levy would need to sell him this summer and it certainly won’t be for the 150+M he apparently wanted prior to his failed move to City. That being said Kane would likely see out his contractand leave for nothing thus poking a very sharp stick in Levy’s eye for the way he was treated before.
As mentioned below by AJO that would allow him full control of the situation.I’ve said it before and I repeat,he needs to get rid of his deadbeat brother as his agent.so that a real agent can get him the best arrangement for what is likely to be his last move.
Spot on. I think he deserves a club that really want success on the pitch. Just wish it was our club.
Harry deserves to go to a place where someone good can pass him the ball.
I see him playing out his contract and putting himself into an auction situation over which he has all the control.
That would be the right move, anyway. Fans should understand that to be a fair process. It allows him to pick the path that makes the most sense for his career goals.. The fans who do not see that are simply not looking at it honestly.

Something like this is only plausible if Kane leaves. I have a growing suspicion this is his last season in a Spurs shirt..
