Tottenham face Arsenal competition in the race to sign 21-goal Serie A ace

Arsenal has become the latest club to show an interest in Tottenham target, Dusan Vlahovic.

The Serbian striker is one of the youngest goal machines in Europe at the moment and he scored 21 league goals for Fiorentina last season.

La Viola wants to keep him, but Fabio Paratici could convince him to swap Florence for London.

The new Tottenham football director had been targeting Vlahovic for Juventus when he worked with the Italian giants.

He is now looking to add him to Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad for the upcoming season.

Gianluca di Marzio claims Arsenal is now looking to beat them to his signature.

The Gunners are reinforcing their squad in this transfer window and they want to add a new striker to it.

The report says they will challenge Tottenham for his signature before this window shuts.

However, he won’t leave Fiorentina on a cheap with the report claiming that any club that wants to sign him will have to pay €60million.

That fee could become an obstacle to Tottenham, but if they sell Harry Kane, they might pay that price.

Vlahovic is just 21 and would be the perfect long-term replacement for Kane if the England captain eventually leaves.

Yeah “we’ll take more care of you” to the British Airways song. What a partnership that was.

Archibald and Crooks, now you’re talking. We used to win trophies on a regular basis back then too, 3 FA cups and a uefa cup in a great decade. Though the last FA cup a certain Gary Lineker was upfront.

Just imagine him and Lautaro Martinez…. could be the new Sheringham & Klinsmann or the older among us Archibald & Crooks, well we can all dream! Throw in Milenkovic and Tomiyasu and god knows where that would take us.
