Serge Aurier is a player that a good few fans are quick to deride and generally take pot shots at, for no better reason than he’s made mistakes in the past and so for some it feels as if the cap already fits. However, last night against Liverpool, the Ivorian had in part, an exceptional game. On 12 occasions Aurier recovered the ball for Tottenham. This against one of the fiercest attacking sides in the division. Well done, son.
