Eddie Howe Looks Resigned To His Fate During Spurs Presser|video

The quality of ‘journalists’ asking managers questions urgently needs to be looked at in the Premier League. The first lady appears to be carrying out some sort of psychological evaluation on Eddie Howe, and the next guy asks the Cherries’ gaffer ‘what he can take from his victory over Spurs at the end of last season’ into this game. Last season.

I’d suggest the only thing Eddie is taking to this game is his favourite blanky. Bournemouth have lost 7 of their last 8 games against Spurs and despite Spurs’ unpredictable recent form, seeing out a 1-0 win over Everton won’t inspire Howe too much.

There was certainly reason for optimism in their performance against Utd.last weekend. It would just be our luck that they hit the ground running and do a number on us.

the result may have made him uncomfortable, but the way we played would make him more confident. I would argue they played better against Liverpool than we did against the toffees. They will see potential for an upset, some cheeky points they were not expecting. We will need to be on this as they will have the bit between their teeth.
