The 25-year-old is at the peak of his powers and he could transform Spurs in the attack. The player will be tempted to test himself in the Premier League after excelling in the Bundesliga. Tottenham could be an attractive destination for him. They have the financial resources to pay €50 million for the Egyptian international, and it will be interesting to see if the two clubs can work out a deal in the coming months.
Tottenham should look to move quickly if they want to beat the competition from their Premier League rivals. They have had a mediocre first half of the season and it remains to be seen whether they can sign the right players in January and bounce back strongly during the second half of the campaign.
