Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs interested in signing Georgiy Sudakov from Shakhtar Donetsk.

Manchester United are keen on the 22-year-old Ukrainian international as well, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up. The player’s agent has now confirmed that the Ukrainian club and the player are both open to offers and Sudakov could soon be competing in a top European league.

He said via Mirror: “Shakhtar and the player are open to offers. And that means there is a high probability that we will soon be able to see Georgiy in the top leagues.”

The development will come as a major boost for clubs like Tottenham, who are hoping to secure his signature. The 22-year-old has the physical and technical attributes to do well in English football and he could be a key player for the North London club.

They need more quality and depth in the final third and the Ukrainian midfielder would be the ideal long-term investment for them. He will help create goalscoring opportunities and find the back of the net as well. The player has 12 goal contributions in all competitions this season. He will only improve with coaching and experience. He could develop into a top-class player with the right guidance.

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham follow up on their interest with an official proposal to sign the midfielder. He has a long-term contract with the Ukrainian outfit and he is likely to be an expensive addition.

The opportunity to play in the Premier League will be quite exciting for the young midfielder, and he will look to test himself at the highest level. Tottenham’s attacking football could be a good fit for his style of play as well.
