A club with Tottenham’s resources certainly have the financial muscle to pay the report and asking price and Mark O’Riley could prove to be a quality long-term acquisition for them.
The 22-year-old midfielder will add goals and creativity to their midfield. He has scored six goals and picked up four assists across all competitions this season.
