Tottenham Hotspur are keeping tabs on the Real Madrid attacker Brahim Diaz ahead of the summer transfer window.
A report from HITC claims that they will face competition from Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool. The 24-year-old attacker is expected to be on the move at the end of the season and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can win the race for his signature.
Diaz needs to play regularly at the stage of his career and he has been a squad player for Real Madrid. He is versatile enough to operate on either flank and the attacking midfield role as well.
The 24-year-old recently switched international allegiance to Morocco and he has proven to be a useful squad player for Los Blancos with nine goals and four assists in all competitions this season.
Tottenham could certainly use a versatile attacker like him who can slot into multiple roles and contribute regularly. It will be interesting if they decide to come forward with official approach in the summer.
The competition for his signature means that any potential deal will be complicated. In addition to that, he has a long-term contract with Real Madrid until 2027 and convincing the Spanish outfit to sell him will not be easy either.

Tottenham will need more quality and depth in their squad if they manage to secure Champions League qualification for the next season and players like Diaz could prove to be invaluable additions.
