Dave Fraser for The Sun believes that Daniel Levy has a mind to replace Jan with Gabriel Magalhaes, who was understood to be on his way to Napoli.
£20million is thought to be Magalhaes’ fee, and his weekly wage £35,000. The 22-year old would have to be viewed as yet another dabble into the LaLiga, looking for a prospect to come good.
I take the view that this summer’s transfer window could well something of a non-event, however, IF Spurs can maintain a decent resistance to injury, then this current squad at full strength would need very little doing to it.

Liverpool, city, madrid etc, their benches are as good as their firsts.. Injuries and the need to rest or rotate is inevitable every season… To win titles you need strength in depth… What bugs me at the minute is ndombele, he was sold to us by the press as phenomenal.. An upgrade on dembele apparently.. None of the top teams were in for him which was a warning sign.
I don’t agree injury free the squad is good enough to win any serious competition.
Three positions need top players brought in, RB LB DM, plus the much talked about 2nd front man.
Vertonghen does need replacing, but so did Dembele!
