Levy knows more about football than all of us combined. Surely that’s obvious?

So Bale and Dele Alli being pushed into the line up – anyone think that Ryan might be picking his team, “…within the Chairman’s 11 guidelines”?

I take it as a very encouraging sign that Levy might be finding it hard to secure a top level coach/manager. It only serves to weaken the man’s position; and expose him more for what he is

Not sure of a club that doesn’t put its players ahead of the manager, especially as managers last on average a season and a half. I would like to have ‘good’ players put in front of the next manager though! Mourinho must be embarrassed that Dier and Alli, 2 players that have achieved nothing in the game, were put in front of him. His severance will help to stop the bitterness I am sure.

Rafa is pragmatic, but far less prickly than Jose. The Scousers and Geordies love him. Rafa does not bow down to the owners either. He isn’t scared to speak his mind and I know one poisonous midget with a shiny bonce that will not like that. Rafa didn’t want Joelinton and he told Cashley, the next thing he is sacked, and Newcastle unveil Joelinton! A player so bad I am wondering when Hitchen will make contact with his representatives!

Gerrard has admitted (on Neville’s Soccerbox) that Benitez did get the best out of him by pushing him, albeit he wasn’t all hugs like Klopp (The man who did bin Gerrard off). Players are funny; they need an arm around the shoulder, but occasionally a kick up the backside. The top ones, like Gerrard do not sulk if they feel they need more hugs. They get on with the business of playing football and proving a point to the manager. How many, apart from Kane, Son, Hojbjerg and Lloris did it for Poch and Jose in the last 3 years?

Any agent worth his salt would advise his client not to talk to us following the shafting of every decent manager we’ve had. The Spanish waiter is about all we’re likely to get.
Maybe he can get a tune out of poser pansy Dele. Interesting update.
