After an impressive Euro 2020 campaign, the bookies make the West Ham skipper just 4/5 to sign for Chelsea before the summer transfer window slams shut, while Manchester United is just behind in the betting at 6/5.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told The Boy: “The odds suggest West Ham will do well to keep hold of Declan Rice past this summer, with Chelsea and Man United set to do battle for his signature.”
