It was reported by Fabrizio Romano two days ago that the club is on the brink of securing a promising talent, Croatian center-back Luka Vuskovic.

The Croatian wonderkid Luka Vuskovic has been a standout performer for Hajduk Split and is highly regarded for his defensive prowess and ball-playing abilities.

The transfer fee involved in the deal is unconfirmed but rumoured to be in the region of £12million.

As per 90min, the player turned down the likes of Barcelona and Bayern Munich who had even held talks with the his representatives.

Speaking to Last Word On Spurs, Sky reporter Michael Bridge claimed that he’s been told the new signing will be a starter at Spurs.

He said:

“Now I don’t think Spurs will see him until 2025. But the fact that Spurs are actually thinking that far ahead is very, very positive.”

“One person who knows the youth level has said to me that this kid could be ready at 18, which is quite unbelievable. But I suppose that’s backed up by the level he’s playing.”

Due to Vuskovic’s young age, he is expected to remain with his current club, Hajduk, until he turns 18, allowing him to continue his development before joining Tottenham.

This projected move is set to take place in the summer of 2025.
