Since the final whistle blew on Sunday, it would be fair to say pretty much all hell has broken loose. Trying to wade through the opposing points of view and I find myself staring with two factions.
On one side, I see people who are rational and calm. They acknowledge that the football hasn’t been great, but they look at where we are, the assets we have and weighing everything up, think we’re on the right track. They see that a little patience is required.
On the other side, I see an angry mob, Patience and self control are luxuries that can be ill afforded. Everything is an excuse. They’ve had enough. 11 games in and the season is a write off. And it’s André’s fault.
Short lists of replacement managers are being drawn up on every forum, blog and message board going. The last two HH blogs have amassed over 700 comments. Many of which have been scathing, to put it mildly.
So here’s your chance to vote. The poll is a simple yes or no. Trying to draw up some 500 question survey that would cover every idiotic permutation isn’t happening. I want your gut reaction. If you want him gone, but with the caveat that he wins our next 3 games or whatever, pop that into the comments box. I just want your “in principle” gut reaction.
