Spoke with someone yesterday and the integrity of the writers has definitely been compromised. We were getting long-form analysis from authors seeking to provide an in-depth take on situations at clubs.

I would never pretend to be a club insider and refer to what’s going on as ‘here’, like i’m Inside the club. Everyone outside of dressing rooms are working on scraps or Chinese whispers. Including yourself suspect. Nobody can be sure of anything if they aren’t in the circle, and you ain’t either.
It makes me laugh when I hear people say “José is all about José” José is all about Jose’s winning teams. It’s what keeps his healthy arrogance fueled. I absolutely love the guy just like everybody else at tottenham. The way he manipulates the press is brilliant. The way he uses the press to get to his players egos is more brilliant. When his defences ain’t good enough all have to cover the balance. Defence and transition is the main thing he works on. Attackers have a free role practically (express yourself) do what you think is needed to score. Our attackers are more vex with our defenders than they are with José. Brilliant manager.
