Well it seems after a few days of long, hard thinking that the Frenchman has made his decision; he wants to prove himself at Spurs.

According to The Telegraph, Ndombele is determined not to leave the Premier League as a big-money flop after a hugely disappointing first season upon arriving from Lyon, albeit complicated by injury, a change of manager and entering a team that has completely lost its identity.

The Telegraph also understands that Daniel Levy would have been very resistant to selling the midfielder who represents a significant investment which Spurs would be unlikely to recoup amid the Covid-19 chaos.

A motivated and fit Ndombele could be a major weapon for Jose Mourinho when football resumes. We’ve seen what magic he can conjure in flashes but to prove himself, he must perform over 30 matches, not 30 minutes.
