Kane & Dier On The Bench For San Marino Clash

Spurs’ deadly duo are initially rested against San Marino this evening, Which I’m sure will grate with Harry Kane who probably has some record or other to break.

If there is anyone in the world that can win us a trophy however lucky we might be [a la our champions league final run at times] it’ll be Jose, no one else has consistently played all out defensive teams to beat the best attacking teams around & won the game, think Inter v that great Barca team or Porto, Jose only cares about winning, he’ll set us up in the best way to get it done.

I remember hearing him give an interview on RT a few weeks before our Euro final & he was saying, “….finals are not to play, final are to win” & part of me wished he was our manager for that final & not Poch.
I honestly believe he would’ve set us up to win that game against the Dippers.

i mean look how hes got Lucas playing at a high level so consistently right now, he was not playing like that under Poch, although he scored a few more, but not much else.

Thought Trippier looked a little shaky, showed plenty of energy but got caught in possession a few times. Like the look of Jude Bellingham, this Euros might be a bit early for him.

Well done Jose, not single Spurs player in that starting lineup. A few years ago half the England squad was Spurs players! Mind you, equally Levy’s fault. We is going backwoods mate…

The club might not be doomed but any chances of us winning a major trophy anytime soon, or even competing in Europe’s elite club competition are without doubt ‘doomed’…

Looks like Skippy was the bright light in an otherwise dull game.

Looking imposing enough impressed with the San Marino keeper in what is a predictable one sided contest

I just read on a medical report that…”Sitting on surfaces for long periods may cause hemorrhoids”…Harry Kane should’nt have a problem then….Not so sure about Dier though..🤣  ðŸ¤£

Meanwhile the absolute demon that is Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg completes another full game, this time for Denmark in a 2-0 win in Israel. Quietly going about his business, but I wonder if anyone’s played more football this season than him.
