You certainly did. I didn’t mean you (this time) HH.

I see the excuses come flooding in when Jose doesn’t make the right calls and praised is lavished over him after a 1-0 win with 25% possession. Very odd…

The guy needs too keep winning otherwise there’s no point in him whatsoever.

Roberto DiMatteo and Avram Grant both won major trophies, great managers though. Yeah, ok…

Looks like London was a day for the underdog in general, yesterday. Maybe not a problem with the Special One’s strategy… more just a miserable drizzly day that leveled the playing field in terms of motivation and ball-catching-ability… for many big and small teams?

I think he was correct when he said 2nd half Palace & their fans didn’t allow us to do what we did 1st half & control the game.
We played well considering & so did Palace.

Getting behind the current manager is “cult worshiping? What’s supporting the last manager called? Stupidity?

Is the myth of Mourinho being questioned amongst the cult worshippers? Even HH has queried today’s tactics and he has been very vocal in his support of Jose and very dismissive of Poch’s track record? If we start off by analysing his transfer picks, Hart and Doherty do not cut the mustard, neither does Gedson Fernandes although who knows if that was a typical Levy cheapskate purchase? The jury is out on Bale and Vinicius who are both on loan. Hjojberg has been an unqualified success but the Spurs faithful will question if this is the sort of football we want to watch every week. It’s acceptable to some fans if we win most of the time but I never enjoyed watching George Graham’s teams when he was manager of Arsenal and Spurs and I loathe watching our style of football at the moment. Call me a recidivist or a nostalgic idiot but having supported Spurs for the best part of 58 years , this is not the style of football I have always loved.

Arsenal are becoming comedy gold this season… they hand Boomerang a massive contract and he stops scoring in the opponents goal but has little problems scoring in his own…

That Arteta, what a quality manager eh? “Won a trofeee innit…” The only metric (apparently) with which to measure greatness. Gotta laugh man.

He can’t suddenly start saying “this isn’t the game for a low block” when that’s the way we’ve played in every game so far, and to be fair, it’s been working in terms of the results.

Have another way of playing more often and then perhaps the players might start to understand what it is they’re actually supposed to be doing when the ‘low block’ (i.e. defensive football) is suddenly not the only way to win a match.

Bale… Have him and Jose fallen out?

That was pathetic. Clearly doesn’t trust the players to outplay Palace. Disgusted at that crap.

100% or he needs to change the game plan. Looked like it was working until he had chance to talk to them at half time!
