Further Video Evidence: Eric Dier Is Done At Spurs

By The Boy -

I’m so done with Eric Dier. A small bit of afters resulted in shirt pulling. This is the same clown who stormed the stands after his idiot brother had started a row with a Tottenham fan. By the looks of it, Stevie B needs to give his head a shake too.

Losers scrapping with a League 1 side.

Oh, the glory…

Same here. I have been threaten to be cut off cause I question posts like mike’s tearing into the entire club on a snip like this. All Dier did was calm a situation from getting out of control.

Mike , how get from Dier stepping to stop scene becoming embarrassing blot on the club to all that? There are no ends of stupidity and abandonment of the football side of the club, but I fail to see the correlation between the scrap and general dealings of the club. Maybe on wrong.

Irrespective of my views on him as a player I thought in his role as captain for the day he did the right thing in stepping in to defuse a situation in which an academy teammate of his was being intimidated, kicked and pushed, by a seasoned professional. Once he stepped in the bloke swallowed it which pretty much sums him up.

That’s how I saw it, Dier just rushing over to ‘protect’ one of the youngsters & was actually peacemaker.
Bergwijn was a plum though.

Could not agree more EM! A rudderless, sinking ship reminiscent of Titanic as anyone with any brains is looking to bail or not get anywhere near this debacle.

Looking from the outside of course, but it seems there is a particular mindset and atmosphere within the club that is in my view unhealthy, it comes from Levy and the board and runs right through the very structures of the club and probably includes the tea lady, if they still employ one !
There has long been an issue of the club having a certain mentality that comes across to everyone unconnected to it as being …not right shall we say .
Different managers/coaches have tried to instill their own particular methods of motivation to squads and bring about long overdue success to this failing football club, but success continues to evade them and I think it has lost it’s identity and does not know what it is supposed to be anymore.
The blame is easy to see as the owners simply do not understand the basic ways of running a football club despite their billion pound project and prospect of generating vast amounts of revenue from stadium sideshows.
Right now the club is in a quandary regarding it’s future on what to do and where to go, as there are many issues that require urgent attention, and even though they have employed a couple of new faces to oversee these issues and move the club forward, I am not convinced we are moving in any direction , never mind the right one.

I don’t know about this. I think it maybe just feels extra toxic if you’re a regular visitor to this blog because it’s full of moaners lol.

It can all turn around with a decent window where we shift 3-4 of the most annoying players and bring in a bit of fresh blood. Plus Nuno is known to foster a strong positive attitude in the group, so it may take a few months but I think you’ll see the storm clouds lift – even if the results aren’t immediately spectacular.

Berg is morphing into the new Janssen unfortunately. Another punt that didn’t work out. Lets buy proven players from now on please, leagues like the Dutch and French leagues are too much of a risk.

If only they were L1! There really is no reason to keep him as he’s not homegrown, but I expect to see him in the squad since (a) he speaks Portugese and (b) I can’t imagine anyone wants to fork over anything more than a bag of crisps for him. Maybe Roma needs another CB?

You got all that from him making it clear to these lower league chumps that their “afters” s#@% on one of our youngsters ain’t going to fly?

The club has become so toxic now. The sacking of Maureen was the last straw.

Bergwijn has gone backwards at an alarming rate. Looks as as if he wants out.
