Barcelona defender Clement Lenglet has been linked with a move back to Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
The 28-year-old defender was on loan at the north London club last season and he did reasonably well in the Premier League.
There were rumours that Lenglet could join Spurs permanently upon the expiry of his loan deal, but the move has not materialised yet.
It will be interesting to see if Spurs decide to sign the player permanently in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, recent reports from La Vanguardia claim that Barcelona are keen on signing the Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.
The 27-year-old Argentine international does not have a future at Tottenham and he is expected to leave the club permanently in the summer.
Barcelona are hoping to bring him in so that he can add creativity and goals to their midfield. Apparently, the Spanish giants could offer Lenglet in a deal for Lo Celso this summer.
Tottenham certainly need defensive reinforcements and signing Lenglet might not be a bad idea for them.
The 28-year-old French defender knows the club well and he is well settled in the league. He could be a useful squad player for them. Signing him in exchange for a player who has no future at the club could be beneficial for all parties
