Good people of planet Tottingham, I’ve been asked to do an interview with Fabrizio Romano.

Whilst I have begun to sketch out many questions of my own, it would add some welcome colour to hear what you guys might wish to hear asked of the footballing behemoth.

Ta.

Sounds like he will fit in just nicely to the Levy transfer playbook…..

Marotta was the main man for many years. He was Paraticis mentor. Marotta was pushed out of Juve and felt betrayed by the club and Paratici.. Paraticis four years in charge on his own drew mixed reviews from fans I spoke to. They were happy with the quality of signings like Ronaldo and Matt de Ligt, but claimed he didn’t address certain issues, like he was buying wingers and strikers when they needed full backs.

It would be ‘possible’ because there is no rule stopping him like the serie A.. But doctors will advise him to retire.. He won’t be coming back to us now.

Fabrizio seems to have good knowledge of potential transfers. It would be good to know what business Spurs are planning on doing in January, if any.

The question that is on everyone’s lips are the roles & responsibilities of Paratici/Hitchin, Conte & Daniel Levy going forward. Does he think that DL will relinquish some control and allow the football experts to do what they do best? How much input will Conte have when it comes to recruitment or will Hitchin & Paratici do their own research and make suggestions?

I seem to remember that Conte wasn’t overly keen on signing Eriksen but Inter signed him anyway so It would be interesting to hear if that’s the case at Spurs too.

Were we ever seriously in the mix for the likes of Dybala, Fernandes and Martinez and if so why can Spurs never seem to get deals for these players over the line?

Me too, convenient smoke screen for Levy & Co, not a great deal else.

Fair question. I very much doubt, if his name was something like Nigel Snodgrass, that he’d be asked anything…

Gawd bless Tin Tin, at least he won a major trophy in his career, after all those years at Spurs abs he wins on in his first full season after leaving. Just like so many before him…

ENIC OUT.

I’d like to know who the hell he is and how he suddenly became the absolute ITK be all and end all truth of the entire football industry!

I dislike this fawning you get on fan blogs about Don Fabio.

This is the question, he was there a fair while so it’s all well and good going on about the signings that worked out but he should be judged on everything he did.

which is why I honestly feel that the whole DOF this is little more than the emperor’s new clothes. It’s a minor middle management role if the board still hold the purse strings tightly. Nice bit of window dressing to help deflect some heat from Levy though…

I’d like to know what was the relationship like between Marotta and Paratici at Juventus?
.
Has Paratici been getting an easy ride for a lot of Juve’s success when it was actually Marotta who was the main man.?

And how many failures had Paratici in his transfer dealings?

Does he think that Conte has been promised control over recruitment – in conjunction with Paratici – and, most importantly, promised real funding?

Does he believe there will be more Italian national players moving to the EPL now we have Paratici here, and which of those players does he think would thrive here in the EPL and for Tottenham ?

Ooh this is good. Okay, so I want to know:

  1. What is the best way to Aldi if you wanted to avoid the A27?
  2. What is his favourite type of material than has a shimmery look yet is warm and snug to the touch?
  3. Can he do weekends behind the bar?

Vlahovic is reported to be a done deal by the daily express. Any truth? I hate to mention Kane, but are City going to come for him again?

Cannot believe his contacts are any different to others, is it that he has the whereabouts to filter out the rubbish from the worthy news ??

As the English press link us with every Tom Dick and Harry, who are we really looking at.. Even the injured Bale has been doing the rounds again. Truth is needed. Spurs keep their dealings close to their chest, not suprising after the Willian fiasco.

He actually scopes out known hotels and restaurants and clubs, private investigator style. Known to hang around hours at places where negotiations are likely to take place.. He’s worked for sky in Italy for years. He has connections in the game for sure because he’s often the first to report or confirm on leaks and rumours.

Who are we in for in the January window? Who does Conte want? Who has Fab been scouting? Are we likely to shift any deadwood?.. As he’s connected to the prem and Serie A, he’s the ideal man to talk to.

First thing that comes into my head is just how does he get his information? He seems to be a reliable source and what is it that makes that possible?
