The Dragusin saga is over and the player is off to London for his medical before completing the move.
Sky Sports have shared the footage of the 21-year-old leaving arriving at the Genoa airport to embark on the journey to England to join Tottenham.
There was a late effort from Bayern Munich to hijack the deal, who had a bid accepted by Genoa.
But the player is said to have personally preferred a move to Spurs over Bayern.
If all goes well, he is expected to be signed before their game against Manchester United on Sunday.
