Tottenham Don’t Want Rose Or Walker-Peters Back | Report

Tottenham will reportedly allow Danny Rose and Kyle Walker-Peters to extend their loans away from the club until the completion of the season.

It was announced this week that the Premier League will return for the final nine games on June 17th, with fans set to enjoy a bumper TV schedule.

According to transfermarkt.com, Rose and Walker-Peters are contracted to Newcastle and Southampton respectively until June 30th, but The Telegraph understands that Spurs are happy for both full-backs to stay with their loan clubs beyond this date if all parties agree.

This further cements the thought that neither player has a long-term future under Jose Mourinho and that both could be sold in the summer to generate funds for the Spurs manager to make his own signings.

Neither Rose nor Walker-Peters had enough time to make a significant impression before lockdown so hopefully both can rack up some games and convince their loan clubs that they are worth having full time.
