Report: Antonio Conte has four names on the Tottenham squad that he plans to discard

Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly be willing to splurge money on improving their squad, which manager Antonio Conte demands of the clubs that hire him. Various names are beginning to be linked to the north London-based club.

Nonetheless, Tottenham will want to offload some players that Conte deems expandable to cover any spending that they’ll be doing over the next couple of windows.

According to Spanish media outlet AS, Conte has already identified four players he would like to part with and doesn’t view them as part of his plans. Dele Alli, Giovani Lo Celso, Steven Bergwijn, and Lucas Moura would be the players Conte wants to discard as he improves the squad.

Over the past couple of transfer windows, Alli and Bergwijn have seen their names in the rumor mill regarding possible departures. Lo Celso and Moura would be new names, but they are two players with some value.

Nonetheless, it’s hard to imagine that Conte has decided which players to sell as he can see them up close and whether either could change his mind. Regardless, Conte will be observing these next two months, who will be part of his plans as he revamps the squad.
