End of the road at Tottenham for mouthy £65k per week waste of space

This summer is Danny Rose’s final one as a Tottenham player reckons Sun Sports as the Englishman has been frozen out of the Tottenham first team by Jose Mourinho.

He had an explosive chat with the Portuguese manager in January when he complained that he was being overlooked in favour of his other teammates that he wrongly felt were not playing better than him.

He was sent out on loan to Newcastle in that transfer window and the Geordies didn’t make his loan move permanent.

He is back at Spurs and he has just a season left on his current £65k per week deal with the club but doesn’t feature in Mourinho’s plans.

The report claims that he has been training on his own recently as he returns from a minor injury.

The left-back also wants out of the club and he will prefer to make a move abroad instead of remaining in the Premier League.

AC Milan had been interested in signing him in the January transfer window but the Italians have moved on now.

Cagliari has recently been linked with a move for him, but it remains unclear if they will be able to match or exceed his current wage (TeamTalk).

On a personal note, the quicker he goes the better, he is a waste of space with a big mouth that adds nothing to the team other than being a disruptive influence.
