Man Utd Gaffer Solskjaer Is Out Of His Depth According To Mouinho… says The Athletic’s Daniel Taylor

Next Friday’s return match against Manchester United has been given some extra spice by today’s report in The Athletic.

Not that it needed it; with Jose Mourinho facing his old club and crucial points in the race for the top four up for grabs, Tottenham’s first game back in the Premier League already had a lot riding on it.

And now Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may feel as though he has a point to prove, as Daniel Taylor writes of how Mourinho has privately been claiming that the Norwegian is out of his depth at Old Trafford.

It wouldn’t be an uncommon opinion. The former United striker has nowhere near the managerial pedigree to command such a big job.

But it could be a dangerous one for Spurs just days out from a game which could define our season, especially as Ole will be able to take confidence from the fact his team outplayed and beat us in December – when we had Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Moussa Sissoko all fit.
