Tottenham pulls out of the race for Juventus man while inquiring about PSG midfielder

The forward group at Tottenham Hotspur could see some more improvement this summer, and there are plenty of names circulating as to who will help Harry Kane with the goal-scoring on the squad.

While there are plenty of rumored candidates, there’s one name that won’t be coming to north London. According to TuttoMercatoWeb (via Express), Spurs will no longer go after Paulo Dybala despite the connection with Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici.

The reason for this reported decision on Dybala is due to the form of Kulusevski, who looks set to sign for Tottenham permanently in a £25-million move at the end of his loan.

Although Spurs are reportedly pulling themselves from pursuing Dybala, they are eyeing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, Leandro Paredes. Furthermore, a recent report from L’Equipe (via Paris Fans) reveals that PSG is open to letting the 27-year-old depart.

The French media outlet adds Tottenham has expressed an interest in Paredes, who could be looking to leave if the midfielder feels that he won’t get the playing time to prepare for the World Cup later this year.
