Bryan Gil took to Instagram to post a cryptic message after his move from Tottenham to Valencia fell through on transfer deadline day.
Gil was heavily linked with a loan move to Valencia throughout the summer, with reports last week claiming that the winger is “closer than ever” to return to the Mestalla.
However, according to Spanish journalist Domingo Ortiz, Antonio Conte’s men have blocked the winger’s move to the La Liga club because they have not been able to find a replacement.
The Times’ Tom Allnutt also revealed that Gennaro Gattuso’s side are not happy with Spurs’ decision, as the North London club had previously told Los Che that the 21-year-old would be allowed to leave.
Not only is Valencia disappointed by Tottenham’s decision, but Gil also appears to be upset, and the winger took to social media to post a cryptic message indicating his disappointement.
