‘There are big fans of Harry Kane internally at…’ Another one to watch for Daniel Levy

Fabrizio Romano has dismissed reports linking Harry Kane with a move to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.

Georg Holzner who is a reporter for German publication Kicker recently reported that Bayern Munich are eyeing up a move for Tottenham and England captain Harry Kane as a replacement for Robert Lewandowski who is desperate to leave the club this summer.

But Romano insists that despite Bayern Munich’s strong admiration for Kane, Tottenham will not be selling the striker at any cost this summer.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, he said:
“Then guys, to end this video I want to mention Harry Kane. We had rumours about Harry Kane being a potential replacement for Lewandowski at Bayern.

“They are big fans of Harry Kane internally at Bayern, but Harry Kane is not on the market this summer.

“It is impossible for Kane to leave Tottenham because Tottenham wants to keep him and the player is very happy with the new project, with Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici especially.”

In fact, according to Evening Standard’s report from a couple of months ago, Harry Kane is said to be so happy under Antonio Conte that he is open to holding discussions with the club over a new contract.
